1)How hard are your cabinets to install?

Many of our customers install their own systems.  There is certainly more effort involved, but the savings are impressive. If you have installed a "DIY" computer desk or entertainment center, we consider you "over qualified"! Because we use only 3/4" material, it allows our cabinets to slide together using blind dovetail joinery. We have eliminated the least expensive means of attaching two pieces of material - the cam-lock system, the assembly system used in most "DIY" cabinets or shelves. We have a basic 10/10 rule with all our cabinets. All cabinets have the same basic 10 pieces, the only difference is the variance in the size of the pieces determined by the cabinet order. The other 10 signifies a 1 - 10 sequential process for assembly and installation. After you have mastered the first cabinet, every cabinet there after is repetitive using the same before mentioned 10 step process.

2) What tools will I need?

The following tools will be needed throughout the installation:

  • 14V Cordless Drill or Equivalent

  • Brad Gun & Small Portable Air Compressor are Optional

3) How long before I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered 6-8 week days after the order is received.

4) Do you provide installation assistance?

You are never alone in your installation process as we are a toll free call away 8AM to 5PM Central time Monday through Friday.  Our proven self install instructions included with each order have been revised frequently based on "DIY" feedback, currently less then 7% of our consumers call in for assistance.

5) What if parts are missing or damaged in shipping?

We have spent considerable time and effort in developing systems for packing cabinets and shipping accuracy. We have a unique packing system that readily identifies any unfortunate handling by the freight company. You will not know of a damaged or missing part until you unpack the entire load. In either case - call us immediately and we will direct your next course of action. Either situation are an easy fix to guarantee complete customer satisfaction! Both measures are currently above 99% in satisfaction.

6) Is there a warranty?

We offer a 5 year limited manufacturer's warranty on all products.

7) What is the return policy?

Our ultimate goal is to educate the consumer and answer any questions "before the sale" to insure complete customer satisfaction and  eliminate the need for returning any product. Should a defect in product quality appear during your receipt inspection, we will be happy to replace the part immediately at our expense.

8) What form of payment is accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. A mailed check can be accepted and product shipped after the bank completes their clearing process usually within three business days.

9) How are they packaged?

Your order will come to you metal banded and plastic shrink wrapped  to either a pallet 42" x 42" or 42" x 84" depending on the cabinet system ordered. ALL deliveries will be made by a major freight carrier specifically equipped to unload and place in your driveway an order that could weigh up to 2,000 pounds. They will coordinate the delivery schedule via the number you submit with your order.  Someone must be home to accept delivery.

10) How do I measure for my cabinets?

Available sizes: widths; 12 1/4", 24", 36", depths; 12", 16", 24", heights; 17 3/8", 31", 44 3/4", 72".  Any combination of these three numbers we offer a cabinet in 7 different finishes at 3 different price points.  Our variety of sizes  will solve any storage needs throughout the home and please the eye with your selection of finish.
