Slides (4 per Drawer or Bin)
Spacer Boards (2 per Drawer or Bin)
Put wood glue in slots of sides (C), front (A), and back (B)
Leave drawer Front (A) face down. Insert drawer bottom (D) in slot of drawer Front (A)
Align drawer side (C) slots with drawer Botom (D) and hold in place.
Brad through the Front (A) and Back (B) into the Sides (C) at least 1" from edges.
Brads are smply fixtures to hold the drawer together until the glue sets. Two nails per side is adequate.
Lay out the drawer or bin Slides as shown. Attach Slides with 3 screws per rail.
When placing a drawer or bin in the bottom shelf area of any cabinet, the slides will need to be turned around to allow the cut outs to be in the front of the cabinet.
If drawers are double stacked, screw in place on the bottom of one pair of spacer boards and the top of the second pair of Spacer Boards as shown in 5.05.
Spacer Boards for bins are notched out to allow clearence for hingers.
Screw the slides into the Sides (C) of the drawer. Wheels go to the rear on the drawer and to the front on the spacer boards.
Install the Spacer Boards inside the cabinet 3/4" back from the front of the shelf. Screw into place with 3 ea -1 1/4" wood screw for each spacer board.
Line rollers up and insert drawers or bins into the receiving slides.
