Use a Chalk Line to make level, horizontal lines on the installation wall at the following points:
For all cabinets except the workbench, mark a level line at 72" from the floor for the rail, and a line at 82" (10" higher) as a leveling line for the tops of the cabinets.
For a workbench, mark a level line at 25-1/2" from the floor for the rail and at 35-1/2 (10" higher).

Mark both walls with a chalk line: 1) cabinet rail at 72" from the floor. 2) At 82" (10" higher) as a leveling line for the tops of the cabinets. |
Distance from the corner to the outside of the cabinet. 12 Upper CC 29-14/" |

Attach the two steel rail 5-3/4" away from the adjacent corner to studs with 3" Self-Tapping Screws. Screw two 3" Self-Tapping Screws through the rail into studs. Place the built corner mount into the corner wall to insure proper placement of each rail. |
Make sure the bottom of the rail is parallel with the 72" horizontal lines marked. Pre-drilling the rail can simplify the hanging process. |
If the Steel Rail ends more than 6" from a stud use the two options from Chapter 1: Rail Rod Hanging. |
Build the corner mount: Lay out the 2 corner mount parts (5-3/4" W x length of the cabinet) with the pre-drilled 23mm holes on the same end towards the floor. Place one side of the corner mount into the Rabbit side of the other, making sure dadoes are facing you. |
Using 1 3/16" brads, brad the length of the corner mount along the Rabbit side. |
Stand left side panel of cabinet on its front edge, 23mm. Holes facing up. |
Insert all Shelves into the dovetails on the side panels, Making sure all sides of the Shelves are angled the same direction. |
Flush the front part of the Shelf to the Sides of the cabinet and secure with 1 3/16" brads. |
Roll the cabinet over so that the side panel is facing up. |
Slide the remaining side on the dovetailed shelves with even pressure to prevent binding and breaking. Flush the front face of the Shelf to the Sides of the cabinet and secure with 1 3/16" brads. |
Turn the cabinet over with the corner mount cutout facing up. |
Place corner mount, (23 mm holes at the top of the cabinet) in the cutouts. |
Brad corner mount to Shelves at each dado using 1 3/16" brads. |
Stand the cabinet upright with the 23mm holes at the top. |
Place both 7/8" dowel rods into the 23mm holes. |
Hold dowels in place and put a brad from both edges of the sides into the dowel. |
Be sure to place the brad in the center of the 3/4" side. |
You can not place the cabinet on the wall with both steel rails in place. Remove one rail. The removed rail should be opposite off the cabinet flush with the back. Place the cabinet in the corner. Lift cabinet onto the Steel Rail. |
Line up the rail with the holes already placed into the wall. Use 3" self-tapping screws to secure the rail to the studs. |
Level the cabinet using your level line. Screw one 5/8" screw in each of the pre-drilled holes in the butterfly at each end of the Steel Rail to secure the Side to the Rail. |
All other corner cabinets are assembled and installed on the wall in the same manner. |
